Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains what personal data we process at Landinker, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to the landinker.com site, the dashboard and the sites that Groups publish with Landinker.

1. Controller and roles

  • Data of Landinker users (people who create an account and use the dashboard): the controller is the owner of Landinker listed in the “Data controller” box on this page.
  • Data of Visitors and Buyers of the sites published by Groups: the controller is the Group that owns that site, and Landinker processes it on the Group’s behalf as data processor (art. 25 of Ley 25.326). If you are a Visitor of a site, contact the Group first to exercise your rights; if you write to us, we will forward your request to it.

2. What data we process

  • Account: name, email, profile picture and identifier of your Google account; the language you chose for the interface; date of your last sign-in and guided tours already seen. We don’t receive or store your Google password.
  • Groups and team: the Groups you belong to, your role, invitations sent and received, and the change history (what was modified, when and by whom).
  • Content: what you upload to the Platform: pages, products, posts, images, translations, business contact details and settings, which may include personal data you choose to publish.
  • Payments: the status of your subscription and the payment identifiers MercadoPago reports to us. Your card details are processed by MercadoPago and never reach Landinker. If your Group connects its MercadoPago account to sell, we store the access credentials MercadoPago gives us, separately from the rest of the data.
  • Technical use and security: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and errors, which we use to operate the service, limit abuse (for example, too many requests from the same IP) and diagnose failures. Error reports are sent without email addresses.
  • Artificial intelligence: the instructions you write in the AI features and the content you ask them to modify.
  • Communications: the messages you send us by email and the requests made with the Withdrawal button.

On the sites published by Groups, and on behalf of each Group, we also process:

3. Visitor and Buyer data (on behalf of Groups)

  • Visit metrics: page viewed, date, approximate country (derived from the IP), device type (computer, tablet or phone), language, where the visit came from (referring site or UTM parameters), A/B test version and button clicks. The IP address is not stored as is: a pseudonymized version is stored (a derived code that does not allow the IP to be recovered) to count unique visitors and stop abuse. Individual visit metrics are deleted after 90 days; after that only aggregate totals remain. We don’t use cookies to measure visits.
  • Forms: what the Visitor writes in a form on the site (for example, name, email, phone or message), together with the date, the page and a pseudonymized version of their IP to stop spam. The Group sees it in its dashboard and, if it set this up, receives it by email or webhook.
  • Purchases: the products, quantities and amounts of the order, the Buyer’s email reported by MercadoPago, the payment and shipping status, and the order reference. If the Buyer signs in, also their cart and their purchase history on that site.
  • The Group’s marketing tools: if the Group set them up and the Visitor accepts them in the cookie notice, the site loads third-party tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Snapchat), which collect data according to their own policies. Conversion events (for example, a purchase) are reported without personal data: only product identifiers, quantities and amounts.
  • Fonts: if the Group chose a Google Fonts typeface, the Visitor’s browser requests it from Google, which receives their IP address.

4. What we use it for and on what basis

  • Providing the service you subscribed to or use (account, dashboard, site publishing, store, notifications, support): it is necessary to perform the contract.
  • Security and abuse prevention (request limits, fraud detection, error diagnosis, change log): legitimate interest in protecting the Platform and its users.
  • Billing and invoicing: performance of the contract and of legal and tax obligations.
  • Measuring the landinker.com site with Google Analytics: only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw in the cookie notice.
  • Improving the service: with aggregated or pseudonymized Platform usage data.
  • Complying with the law and answering requests from competent authorities.

We don’t sell personal data, we don’t use it for third-party advertising and we don’t make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you. Artificial intelligence only generates content when you ask it to.

5. Who we share it with

We only share data with the providers we need to provide the service, who process it on our behalf and with the agreed security measures:

A Group’s data can also be accessed by its members, according to the role the Owner assigned them; by the notification recipients and webhooks the Group sets up; and by the marketing tools the Group adds to its site. We may disclose data if a law or a competent authority requires it, or to defend our rights.

6. International transfers

Several of these providers process data outside Argentina, mainly in the United States. We choose providers that offer adequate levels of protection and we require them to process the data only to provide us with the service, in accordance with art. 12 of Ley 25.326 and the rules of the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP). By using the service, you consent to those transfers.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account: while it is active. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days, except for what we must keep by law.
  • A Group’s content (sites, products, posts, images, forms, metrics, history): while the Group exists. It is deleted when the Group is deleted; of its sales only the amounts, the commission and the payment references remain, without the Buyer’s data, for accounting obligations.
  • Individual visit metrics: 90 days; after that only aggregate totals are kept.
  • Temporary data (cache, unique visitor counters and request limits): from minutes to a few days, depending on the case.
  • Error logs: up to 90 days.
  • Payment and invoicing data: the period required by law.
  • Our providers’ backups may keep deleted data for an additional limited period, until they are replaced.

8. Your rights

  • You can request access to your data, its rectification, update or deletion, object to a processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@landinker.com from your account’s email or explaining how we can identify you.
  • We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and rectification, update or deletion requests within 5 business days, under arts. 14 and 16 of Ley 25.326.
  • You can change or delete much of the data yourself from the dashboard: your language, your Groups and all their content.
  • The data subject has the right to exercise the right of access to their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to that effect is demonstrated, as established in article 14, subsection 3 of Ley N° 25.326.
  • The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Agency for Access to Public Information), as the Supervisory Authority of Ley N° 25.326, has the power to handle the complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.

9. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), our providers’ encryption at rest, role-based access within each Group, payment credentials stored separately and controls against unauthorized access. No system is completely secure: if an incident affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and take the appropriate measures.

10. Minors

Landinker accounts are for people over 18. If we find out that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it. Groups are responsible for the data their sites collect from their Visitors, including minors.

11. Cookies

Which cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to control them, is explained in the Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy significantly, we will notify you by email or on the Platform before the change takes effect. The date of the last update is at the top of this page.

13. Contact
