Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Landinker (the “Platform”), a service to create, publish and manage websites, stores and content. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the Platform, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

1. Who provides the service

Landinker is provided by the owner listed in the “Data controller” box on this page (the “Provider”, “we” or “us”). You can write to us at legal@landinker.com.

2. Definitions

  • User: the person who creates an account on Landinker.
  • Group: the workspace where sites, products and content are created. It has one or more Owners and can add members with different roles.
  • User Content: everything the User or the members of their Group upload, generate or publish: texts, images, products, prices, posts, translations, contact details and settings.
  • Group Site: the pages a Group publishes on a Landinker subdomain or on its own domain.
  • Visitor: anyone who browses a Group Site. Buyer: a Visitor who buys from a Group’s store.

3. Account and legal capacity

  • To use Landinker you must be over 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you use it on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and these terms apply to it.
  • You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for its security and for what is done with it. Let us know right away at legal@landinker.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • A Group’s Owners decide whom they invite and which role they give them, and they are responsible for what the members of their Group do on the Platform.
  • To provide support, investigate an error or a security incident, or comply with a legal obligation, authorized Landinker staff may access your account and your Groups. That access is limited to those purposes and to designated people.

4. The service

Depending on the plan, the Platform includes: a visual page editor, publishing on subdomains and custom domains, a blog, products and a store, forms, visit metrics, A/B tests, translations, an image library, a link shortener, marketing integrations, notifications and artificial intelligence features.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a core feature of a paid plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance; if that harms you, you can cancel and we will refund the prorated part of the paid period you won’t use.

Some features depend on third-party services (Google, MercadoPago, artificial intelligence providers, hosting and email). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

5. Plans, prices and payments

  • Landinker has a free plan and paid plans with different features and limits. What each plan includes and its price are shown on the Platform before you subscribe.
  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions charged in advance through MercadoPago and renewed automatically every month until you cancel them. We don’t store your card details: MercadoPago processes them.
  • We may change prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email or on the Platform, and the new price only applies from the first renewal after that period. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.
  • If a payment is declined, or the subscription is cancelled or paused, the Group moves to the free plan. Whatever exceeds that plan’s limits is archived or becomes unavailable, but it is not deleted: you get it back by subscribing again.
  • We may grant complimentary plans or promotions. Their conditions are stated in each case and they end on the date indicated.

6. Cancellation, termination and right of withdrawal

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Plans section of the dashboard, through the same channel you used to subscribe. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: until then you keep the plan and no further renewals are charged.
  • Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer, you have 10 calendar days from the purchase to revoke it without giving reasons and at no cost (art. 34 of Ley 24.240). You can do it with the Withdrawal button, which is in the footer of every page of the site, or by writing to legal@landinker.com. We send you a code that identifies your request and we refund what was charged through the same payment method.
  • Except for the right of withdrawal and what these terms or the law provide, periods that have already started are not refunded.
  • You can delete a Group from its settings: its sites, products, posts, images, metrics and other content are deleted, and this cannot be undone. To delete your account, write to us at privacy@landinker.com.

7. Groups’ stores and sales

  • The store lets a Group sell its products or services on its Site. The seller is the Group: Landinker is not a party to the sale, does not own what is sold, does not set prices or conditions and is not responsible for delivery, quality, warranties, exchanges or returns.
  • The Group charges with its own MercadoPago account, connected to the Platform, and is subject to MercadoPago’s terms. For each sale paid online, Landinker keeps a commission, shown on the Platform before online payments are enabled, which MercadoPago deducts from the payment.
  • The Group is solely responsible for complying with the rules that apply to its sales: consumer protection (information on prices and conditions, withdrawal and cancellation buttons for its own customers), tax and invoicing obligations, and protection of its Buyers’ data.
  • Buyers’ complaints about a purchase must be addressed to the selling Group. If one reaches us, we may forward it to the Group.

8. User Content

  • User Content belongs to you, or to whoever licensed it to you. You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, technically adapt (for example, to resize images), display and transmit it, only to the extent needed to provide the service and while it is on the Platform.
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights over the User Content (texts, images, trademarks and third-party data) and that publishing it does not infringe third-party rights or the law.
  • You are solely responsible for the User Content and for what you publish on your Site, including its accuracy, its legality, your offers and prices, and any claims you make about products or services. We don’t review content before it is published.
  • Reports: if you believe a site published with Landinker infringes your rights or the law, write to us at legal@landinker.com with the link and the reason. We may remove or disable the content while we review it and notify the Group responsible.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Landinker to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, defamatory or discriminatory, that incites violence or hatred, or that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Carry out phishing, impersonate another person or brand, deceive Visitors or collect data without their knowledge.
  • Distribute malware, spam or malicious links, or use the shortener’s redirects to hide harmful destinations.
  • Sell prohibited products or services, or ones that require authorizations you don’t have.
  • Infringe third parties’ intellectual property, image or privacy rights.
  • Try to access other people’s accounts, Groups or data, test the Platform’s security without authorization, or circumvent your plan’s limits.
  • Overload the Platform (automated traffic, mass scraping, abusive use of artificial intelligence) or resell the service without an agreement with us.

10. Artificial intelligence

  • The Platform offers features that generate or modify content with third-party artificial intelligence models. What you write in those features, and the content of the page you ask them to modify, is sent to those providers to generate the response.
  • Results may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to existing content. Review them before publishing: you are responsible for what you publish. Don’t include sensitive personal data or confidential information in your requests.
  • Artificial intelligence features may have usage limits and may not always be available.

11. Subdomains and custom domains

  • Each Group publishes its Site on a Landinker subdomain. We may refuse to assign, or may reassign, a subdomain that infringes trademarks, is misleading or is used in breach of these terms.
  • If you connect your own domain, you remain its owner and are responsible for its registration, renewal and configuration. We may stop serving a domain that is not verified or no longer points to Landinker.

12. Visitor and Buyer data

  • When a Group Site collects data from Visitors or Buyers (forms, purchases, carts, visit metrics, marketing integrations), the Group is the controller of that data and Landinker processes it on the Group’s behalf, as data processor (art. 25 of Ley 25.326): only to provide the service and according to the instructions the Group gives through the Platform.
  • The Group undertakes to inform its Visitors how it processes their data (for example, with its own privacy policy), to have a legal basis for processing it and to answer their requests for access, rectification and deletion. Landinker assists it as far as is reasonable.
  • The measurement and advertising tools the Group adds to its Site (for example, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel) are only activated when the Visitor accepts them in the cookie notice, and they are the Group’s responsibility.
  • Landinker does not sell Visitors’ data or use it for its own purposes, except in aggregate form to operate, protect and improve the service.

13. Availability and backups

  • We do what is reasonable to keep the Platform available, but we don’t guarantee it will work without interruptions or errors: there may be maintenance and provider outages.
  • We recommend that you keep copies of your important content (for example, with the editor’s page export). We don’t guarantee that deleted content can be recovered.

14. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate, in whole or in part, an account, a Group or a Site if these terms are breached, if a competent authority requires it, or if it is necessary to protect other users, Visitors or the Platform. Except in urgent cases or where the law prevents it, we will notify you beforehand and give you the chance to fix the problem.
  • If we terminate a paid account without any breach on your part, we will refund the prorated part of the paid period you don’t use.
  • When the relationship ends, we give you a reasonable period to download your content, unless the termination is due to illegal content.

15. Landinker’s intellectual property

The Platform, its software, its design, the Landinker brand, its templates and its documentation belong to us or to our licensors. While you have an account, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use. You may not copy, resell, decompile or reverse engineer the Platform, except as permitted by law. You may use the components and templates on your Sites while you use Landinker.

16. Warranties and liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided as is. We don’t guarantee business results (sales, visits or search engine rankings).
  • We are not liable for User Content; for the Groups’ sales, products and services; for third-party services (Google, MercadoPago, artificial intelligence providers, domain registrars); or for lost profits or indirect damages, except in case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid Landinker in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.
  • Nothing above limits the rights that Ley 24.240 de Defensa del Consumidor (Consumer Protection Law) and other mandatory rules grant you if you are a consumer.

17. Indemnity

If a third party makes a claim against Landinker because of your User Content, your Group’s sales or your breach of these terms or of the law, you agree to hold us harmless and to cover reasonable defense costs, unless the claim is due to a breach on our part.

18. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or on the Platform at least 15 days in advance and ask you to accept the new version when you open the dashboard. If you keep using Landinker after it takes effect, you are deemed to accept it; if you don’t agree, you can cancel and close your account before then.

19. Communications

We send service communications to your account’s email: security, billing, invitations and the notifications you set up. They are part of the service and can’t be turned off while you have an account, except for the notifications the dashboard lets you turn off.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
  • If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith: write to us at legal@landinker.com. If it is not resolved, the competent ordinary courts of the Provider’s domicile will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you can file a claim with the courts or the consumer protection authority of your domicile.
  • If any clause is invalid, the rest remains in force.

21. Contact and complaints

Questions about these terms: legal@landinker.com.

If you are a consumer, you can also file a complaint with the consumer protection authority: Defensa de las y los Consumidores.
