Roles and permissions
Each user has one role per group, which defines what they can do. Permissions are managed by section (landings, blog, products, metrics, group) and action (view, create, edit, delete).
The roles
- Owner (Admin): full control of the group, including members, settings, and subscription.
- Editor: edits all content (landings, blog, products) and views metrics. Does not manage the group.
- Landing Editor: edits landings and blog; views products and metrics.
- Product Editor: edits products; views landings, blog, and metrics.
- Viewer: read-only access to landings, blog, products, and metrics.

✅ = create/edit/delete · 👁️ = view only · ❌ = no access. * AI also requires a Pro or Enterprise plan: even if enabled for the role, it is not available on the free plan.
Notes
- Forms (submissions captured by the Form component) are viewed alongside Metrics: anyone who can view metrics can view submissions.
- The blog is editorial content: edited by Owner, Editor, and Landing Editor; others can only view it.
- Only the Owner manages members, group settings, and subscription.
